She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar C. Martens and Midred A. Lartz Martens; her husband David Nuckels; her brother Joel C. Martens; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Martens.
She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Richards (Adam); her brother William Martens (Joyce); her grandchildren, Alexandria, Aaden and Jayce; and her brother-in-law Steve Nuckels (Marsha). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (801 S Madison St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
