She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shipley and Eileen Shipley (Whalen); and her brothers, Danny Shipley and Chucky Shipley. She is survived by: her husband Carl M Hall; her children, Kim Potts (Marty) of Normal, IL, Dawn Weer (Noel) of Bloomington, IL and Toby Hall (Nicole) of Valrico, FL; and her pet Dotty. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
