She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Deborah) of Stanford, IL, Keith of Omaha, NE, Scott (Jackie) of Pontiac, IL and Christofer (Georgi) of Oswego, IL; her grandsons, Matthew Hadsall (Ashley), Jacob Hadsall (Katie), Danny Hadsall, Jack Hadsall and Connor Hadsall; her great grandchildren, Logan, Riley Hadsall and Elowen Hadsall; and her siblings, Larry Hopping (Shirley) of Ipava, Rick Hopping (Bea) of Ipava, Jim Hopping (Jackie) of Union, MO and Brenda Hamby (Roger) of Stockton, MO..
Interment will be in the Ipava Cemetery and memorials may be given in Phyllis' memory to the Alzheimer's Association or the Illinois.
