It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Blair of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Farmer City, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Holman and Hazel Bartholomew Holman; and her sister Marion Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Blair; her sons, Kris J. Blair (Kyle) and Bryan Blair (Lana); her grandchildren, Abby Dunt (Alex) of Bloomington, IL, Scott Blair (Megan) and Natalie Blair; and her great grandchildren, Cora, Ellie, Luke and Mack.

The family suggests memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Bloomington, IL or the Humane Society of Central Illinois, Normal, IL.
