He is survived by: his mother Glenda Faye Fields Bolt of Normal; his children, Dustin Bolt (Taylor) of Athens and Whitney Churchill (Steve) of Riverton; and his brothers, Michael Bolt (Susan) of Bloomington and Jim Jr. Bolt (Stephanie) of Pawnee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
