She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Kendrick and John Kendrick; and her brother Marvin Kendrick of Fresno, California.. She is survived by: her siblings, Debra Hopgood of Mount Vernon and L. John Kendrick, Jr. of Louisville, Illinois; her children, Candace Allen (Adam) of New Orleans, Louisiana and Naing Oo of New Orleans; her nieces and nephews, Wesley Kendrick (Tristica), Jillian Hopgood, Ashley Hopgood and Dionte Kendrick; and her grandchildren, Adam and Laura Allen.
