It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara (Sally) Jane Heerdt of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Busch and Lucille Busch; her husband Edmund Heerdt (Ed); her children, Becky of Normal, IL and Greg (Jennifer) of Denver, CO; her sister Mary Nault of Tampa Bay, FL; and her cousin Karen Cassidy (Robert). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorials be made to the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Humane Society of Central Illinois, or a charity of the giver's choice, in memory of Sally Heerdt.
