He is survived by: his father Roger Dale; his stepmother Sue Dale of Norris City; his siblings, Melissa Bomar (Larry) of Norris City and Nathan Green (Ali) of Hudson, IL; his niece Taylor Phipps; his nephew Brody Green; and his stepgrandmother Rose Spence of Norris City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
