He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Janet Steury, Wanda Porter, Greta McConnell and Carol Hutson.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Porter and Debra Porter (Steury) of Momence; his son Gavin Porter; his sisters, Stephanie Fauser (Sean) of Danforth and Stacey Schmid (Aaron) of Bourbonnais; and his child Supporting. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for his son, Gavin's education fund.
