It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Ann Smart of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold B. Stover and Helen D. Crittenden Stover; her spouse Jesse Smart; her children, Greg Smart (Michelle) of Bloomington and Debbie Barton (Matt) of Bloomington; her sister Vicki Migliore (Mario) of Columbia, Missouri.; and her son Jeffery.
