She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Jayne Kindt (Thomas). She is survived by: her father David John Kindt; her husband Dr. Thomas B. Kulb of Bloomington; her children, David and Athena Kulb; her siblings, John Kindt (Kathleen), Daniel Kindt, Ann Brumley (Michael), Michael Kindt and Mary Patricia Kindt; and her pets, Pete and Violet. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Belgian Malinois Rescue (http://www.malinoisrescue.org), an organization through which Theresa dedicated many years of volunteer work.
