He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Bontje of Canton, SD; his siblings, Barbara Dykstra (Mark) of Canton, SD, David of Crooks, SD and James of Arlington Heights, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Dykstra (Andrea), Katherine Hoekstra (Craig), Caleb, Joshua and Asha Bontje.
