He is survived by: his siblings, Lavon Reed (Minietta), Elbert Reed (Terri), Gwendolyn Adams and Paula Mauzy; his children, Joyce Tate (Demetrius) and Thom Reed (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Noah (Spencer), Sarah, Jessica, Faith and Emma Reed.
