It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Scott Fulton of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Donald Fulton; his brothers, Harry and J. T. Fulton; his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Craig; his children, Donald Fulton of Okeechobee, Frank Fulton of Bloomington, Shannon K. M. Woody (Joseph) of Fort Smith and Timothy Fulton (Kristen) of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Allison, Joshua, Bernadette, McKenzie, Madison, Gabriel, Alyxandria, Jackson and Izzabelle.
