She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman Noble Griffin and Esta Marie Griffin; and her husband John "Gene" Held. She is survived by: her children, Pat Pummill of Normal, Cindy Theobald (Ron) of Normal, Jill Walsh (Michael) of Bloomington, Jeff Held (Sue) of Oklahoma and Julie Sanchez (Patrick) of California. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
