She was predeceased by: her parents, George Giaquinto and Patricia Giaquinto; her husband David A. Cavanaugh; and her brother George A. Giaquinto. She is survived by: her children, Andrew M. Czilli and Cynthia M. Harbin; her grandson Brandon R. Collett (Camille); her sibling Berti Lino; her niece Cheri Weynschenk (Bob); and her nephew Don Michaels (Char).
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Family Christian Center (340 45th St, Munster, IN 46321).
