He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Milas (Nee Hohimer); his daughter Marilyn Strzezewski (Gerald); his parents, John Milas and Anna Milas (Nee Marusin); and his siblings, Michael, George Milas, Sylvia Bala Mikulecky, Irene Stachnik and Helen Hoban.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Milas (Toni), Beverly Jakubiak (Anthony), David Milas, Larry Milas and Rodney Milas (Traci); his grandchildren, Dave Jr., Kathryn, Jeff, Brandon, Sarah, Grace, Michael, Gerald, April, Cindy and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Cameron, Lucas, Aurora, Alyvia, Elyana, Bennett, Alexis, Adrian, Bogdan, Anthony, Gerald, Thomas, Patrick and Margaret; and his great great grandchild Jaxon. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members.
