He is survived by: his wife Gloria Herrera; his children, Raquel Lambert (Ron), Isabel Magaña (Chuy) and Jorge Herrera Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jorgie, Mia, Mya, Nicolas, Cristian, Lily, Angelica and Arya; and his siblings, Rosa Serna and Arnulfo Resendez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hickey Memorial Chapels - Blue Island (2429 W 127th St, Blue Island, IL 60406). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
