We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2023, Renda A. Gurgel of Blue Island, Illinois, born in French Lick, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vessie E. Drake and Vernon C. Drake; Thomas J. Gurgel. She is survived by: her daughter Tina K. Brettman (Christopher); her grandchildren, Michael C. Brettman, Nicole M. Brettman and Joseph P. Brettman; and her brother-in-law Donald Gurgel (late Sharon).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
