She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis "Rip" Placke and Ferne Blackburn Placke; her sister Susan Hamman (Byron) of Meredosia; her sibling's children, Emily Young (Jeremy) of Merritt and Cody Hamman; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Callie Hamman, Abby Hale, Gavin and Hunter Hamman.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Winchester City Cemetery (121 S Hill St, Winchester, IL 62694).
Memorials may be made to the Bluffs Baptist Church or the Bluffs Rescue Squad.
