He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Lowery (Lisa) of Bluford and Larry Lowery (Julie) of Bradenton, Florida; his grandchildren, Eric Lowery (Megan) of Johnstown, Danara Gant (Derek) of Johnstown, Jenna Guardian (Stephen) of Bradenton and Kyle Lowery of Bradenton, Florida; his great grandchildren, Hadlee Lowery, Audra Lowery, Taryn Lowery, Rafe Gant, Riven Gant and Stella Guardian; and his brother Denzil Lowery, Jr. of Mount Vernon.
Memorials may be made in Dale's honor to Thomason Cemetery.
