He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Jacobs and Mabel Jacobs; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Anderson and Alice Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Married); his sons, Nicholas (Amy Jordan) and Ryan (Hannah Priem); and his siblings, Gale Anderson and Richard Jacobs (Lesa). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
