He was predeceased by: his son Justin Ray; and his parents, Ray Jane and Mary Jane. He is survived by: his children, Ryan and James; his parents-in-law, Gerald and Judy Beielfeldt; his siblings, Cathy Blozis (John), Brian Van Thyne (Denise) and Craig Van Thyne (Mary Jo); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Bielfeldt (Tammy), Mark Bielfeldt, Denise Garber (late Gary), Jason Bielfeldt (Vicki) and Karen Kelly (Bill Thams).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Chapel Prayers Sep. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (1501 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60490). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
