He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Dubel Patrick and Larry Dean Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Tara (Parizek); his daughters, Kylie and Grace; and his brothers, Kevin Patrick and Tim Young. He is also survived by his family fiercely, his wife and his daughters.
