It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kurt K Kotalik of Bolingbrook, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lena Rutherford Kotalik; his brother Douglas Wooddell (Pete); his daughter Jennifer Waldrep; his parents, Eva Kotalik and Frank Kotalik; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Woodell, Fran Kotalik, Paula Teer, Jody Pridemore and Mary Rutherford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Tacker, Ginger Sorensen, Joey Kotalik and Miriam Eva House; his children, Carol Kot (Kevin), Alaina Gail Gubecka, Jessie Robin Hansen (Donald) and Eva Etchoe (Mark); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Tacker Sr., Richard Sorensen, Ernie Pridemore, Paul Rutherford (Butch) and Tom House. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
