He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Charles Pendergast; his parents, Barbara Pendergast and Francis Pendergast Jr.; and his siblings, Francis III (Lisa), David (Toni) and Kevin Pendergast (Anne).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hobson Road Community Church (2531 Hobson Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60516).
