As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rheba may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Dale Harvey and Anna G. Harvey (Jenkins); and her sister Marilyn Emling. She is survived by: her husband Eugene A. Bertrand of Bourbonnais; and her children, Jeffery Bertrand (Pam) of Limestone, Larry Bertrand (Chris) of Fowler, IN, James Bertrand (Tiffany) of Spring, TX and Michelle Meyer (Daniel) of Peoria, AZ. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
