He was predeceased by: his parents, George Larkin Carnahan and Verlie Estelle Carnahan (Copas); and his siblings, Mary Eloise, Claude, LaVerne, Joyce, Wayne and Jack.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Taylor, Roger Carnahan (Norma) and Joe Carnahan (Georgann); his significant other Dorothy Rose; his children, Pat Carnahan, Penny Hickey (Mike), Kathy Peardon (David Ihle) and Ericka Carnahan; his grandchildren, Veronica Hattrup (Joe), Jennifer Trevino, Lindsey Sandoval, Christopher Carnahan (Nicki), Kyle Sandoval, Amanda Cunningham (Shawn), Steven Carnahan and Orey Carnahan-Riley; his great grandchildren, Larissa, Leland, Olivia, Ashlyn, Brian, Dorian, Jenna, Noah, Fiona and Sebastian; Donna Carnahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
