She was predeceased by: her parents, Jere Gunther and Resa Gunther (Lazere); and her daughter-in-law Maria Rocio Sherrill. She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Sherrill of Plainfield, Dave Sherrill of Orlando, FL and Aaron Sherrill of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Dayna Leslie, Jeanne Lazo (Johnny) of Florida and Jaime Gunther (Joyce) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Alan Sherrill, Emily Sherrill, Alexandra Sherrill, Jacob Sherrill and Jayden Sherrill; her great grandchild Carter; and her friends, Pat, Gary Weber, Mary, Larry Stineman and Marilyn Adams. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
