He was predeceased by: his parents, Seburn Haggard and Clara Haggard; his former wife Doris Anderson Haggard; and his siblings, Bud Haggard, Donald Haggard, Ella DeMarie and Lorene Hackleman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Haggard of Bourbonnais; his stepchildren, Cheryl Wheeler (Greg) of Kankakee, Carol Elliot (Kevin) of Clifton and Harry Lindgen (Brenda) of Bourbonnais; his stepgrandson Christopher Milone (Monica); and his stepchildren, Nicholas Wheeler of Chicago, Devon Helopoulos (Michael), Alaina Wilken (Jake), Shawna Gradberg (Matthew), Tinley Park and Draya Mateja (Matthew) of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
