She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Neff and Dorothy J. Neff (Loring); her husband Thomas J. Guingrich; her son Brian Gungrich; her sister Carol Ratcliff; her sisters-in-law, Jackie Neff and Linda Neff; and her nephew Jeff Ratcliff.

She is survived by: her children, Alisa Neff of Bourbonnais, Brad Guingrich of Bourbonnias, Cory Guingrich of Bourbonnais and Nicole Guingrich of Bradley; her brothers, William "Billy" Neff and Bruce Neff; and her nieces and nephews, Gary Ratcliff (Debbie), Michael Ratcliff (Michelle), Chris Ratcliff (Cecile), Tammy Neff, Chad and Corey Brannock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
