He is survived by : his children, Raymond Hoch, Donna Lewis (Hoch) and Christine Hoch; his sons-in-law, Matt Lewis and Jason Skyberg; and his grandchildren, Andy Hoch, Josh Hoch, Jennifer Lewis and Christopher Lewis.
