She is survived by: her husband Gerald Nelson of Bourbonnais; her children, Scott Nelson of Flower Mound, TX, Marla Peavler (Rod) of Champaign and Mindy Moberg of St. Joseph, IL; her brothers, Richard Kruse (Gail) of Chicago and Ron Kruse (Marty) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her grandchildren, Abbey Moberg, Aidan Moberg, Brayden Nelson and Logan Nelson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Bible Church (2587 E Armour Rd, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
