He is survived by: his children, Edwin Viglia III (Caroline) of Kankakee and Deanna Cisneros of Bourbonnais; his sister Janice Gagliardo (Alan) of Coal City; his grandchildren, Abigail Viglia of Florida, Nicholas Viglia of Florida, Isabella Cisneros of North Carolina and Gabriel Cisneros of Bourbonnais; and his great grandchildren, Lilah and Aurea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
