He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Richey and Barbara Richey (Reniche); his son Jesse Richey; his grandsons, Kyle Richey and Cody Wilhoyt; and his in-laws, Theresa Devereaux, Lawerence Devereaux, Don, Pat Devereaux, Joan, De Kerschke, Ann Gero and Dennis Gero.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Richey (Devereaux); his daughters, Tammy (Bruce Jones) and Candace (Todd Ninis); his in-laws, Gina, Larry Tapp, Brian, Barbara Richey, Derek Richey, Shannon, Erin Richey, Wally Gero, Michelle, Doug Owensby, Mike and Robin Devereaux; his grandchildren, Jared, Kristina Richey, Kaycee, Zachary Weidner, Nathan Richey, Joshua, Bailey Wilhoyt, Jordyn, Avory, Mallory, Cortlynn Ninis, Chase and Gunner Jones; his great grandchildren, Bella, Izayah, Ria, Gabby, Avery, Lucia, Sophia Richey, Marilynne, Madison Weidner and LaineyJo Wilhoyt; and his pets, Piper, Pumbaa, Loki and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
