Heather M. Hammond Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 58, Heather M. Hammond of Bourbonnais, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Heather M. Hammond to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Heather is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Riordan and Rose Marie Kribs Riordan. She is survived by: her husband David Hammond of Bourbonnais; her sons, Mitchell Hahn (Priscilla Pijus) and Matthew Hammond (Lanaea Malak); and her brother Adam (Ann Riordan).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
