He was predeceased by : his parents, Worth Windmiller and Dorothy Windmiller (Luy). He is survived by : his sisters, Pat Smith of Milford, Kathy (Richard Sadler) and Vicki (Mark Eckhardt); and his nieces and nephews, Steve Sadler (Lisa), Jennifer Dismang (Brian), David Sadler (Amanda), Mike Weissbohn, Terri Naseef (Tony), Stacey Bennett (Ryan) and Sarah Windmiller.

Memorials may be made to the Glaucoma Research Foundation.
