(Rich Donath), Kathy (Mike Worby) and Steve (Carrie Hagan); his grandchildren, Ryan (Maggie Worby), Katie (Michael Gallardo) and Michael (Kelsey Donath); his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Bennett, Brooks, Griffin and Layton; his niece Carol Kirk of Texas; and his nephew Michael Hagan of Missouri.
