We announce the death of Joseph A. Sifrit of Bourbonnais, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 73. Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Sifrit; and his brother Terry Sifrit (Diane Hall). He is survived by: his mother Shirley Sifrit (Miller) of St. Anne; his children, Donnie Sifrit (Erin) of Rotonda West, FL, Joe Sifrit, Jeff Sifrit, Rebecca Hampton (Lamare) of Kankakee and Kimberly Clark; his siblings, Carol Kroll, Karen Dodge (Gary) of Danville, Cindy Baker (Les) of Chebanse, Kathy Neal (Phil) of Hoopeston and Michael Sifrit of St. Anne; his grandchildren, Easton Sifrit, Madden Sifrit, Kage Myers and Kayden Brault; and his great grandchild Asher Myers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
