She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Ponikvar and Verna Ponikvar (Cotter); and her brother-in-law Brian Ebersole. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Adams (Bruce) of Bourbonnais, Nancy Waller (Bill Chipman) of St. Anne and Julie Ebersole of Bradley; and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Adams (Lindsay), Brent Adams (Nicole), Tricia Waller, Alicia Garman (Joe), Brian Ebersole (Alecia), Mandy Vent (Scott), Elizabeth Ebersole (Aaron Brisson) and Jacob Ebersole (Katie). She is also survived by thirteen great nieces and nephews.
