It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leo G. Salinas of Bourbonnais, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Salinas and Angelita Salinas (Garcia); and his brother Emilio Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Anders of Bourbonnais; his children, David Salinas (Christene) of Woodridge, IL and Lindsey Stenlund (Daniel) of Lowell, IN; his siblings, Mary Salinas of Elwood, IL, Oscar Salinas (Lisa) of Indianapolis, IN, Bobby Salinas of Richton Park, IL and Roy Salinas (Stacie) of Richton Park, IL; and his grandchildren, Jack, Beau Salinas, McKenzie, Adelyn and Kayden Stenlund.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (211 N Center Ave, Bradley, IL 60915).
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
