She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Heinze and Bernice Heinze. She is survived by : her children, Marla Burns (Gary) of Katy, TX, Kurt Hayes (Kellee) of Bourbonnais, Jeff Hayes (Amy) of Bloomington, IL, Brian Hayes of Effingham, IL and Scott Hayes (Michelle) of Aledo, TX.; her grandchildren, Collin Burns (Audrey), Erin Burns, Justin Hayes (Jessi), Kyle Hayes (Skylar), Kory Hayes, Emily Schiller (EJ), Sarah Hayes, Austin Hayes, Carter Hayes, Keegan Hayes (Erin) and Aidan Hayes; her great grandchildren, Benton, Ebby Burns, Christa Martinez, Molly Hayes and Price Schiller; her siblings, Betty Boatright (late Johnny) of Kankakee and Terry Heinze (Joyce) of Bradley; her friends, Burney Gundy, Bob, Joyce Bryant, Dick and Dorothy Carley; and her husband Ed. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Uplifted Care (Hospice), or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
