He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray and Emma Adams (Acker); his wife Wanda Edith "Edie" Polk; his daughter Pamela Jean Hasenjaeger; and his siblings, Buelah Alford, Raymond Adams, Lyman Adams, Donald Adams and Hershal.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jack Adams (Carol) of Oklahoma, Shelby Adams (Arlene) of Florida and George Adams of Medora, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
