It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert B. Zwahlen of Bourbonnais, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Zwahlen and Eathel Zwahlen (Stuckey); and his sisters, Linda Zwahlen and Barbara Talley. He is survived by: his wife Judith Jordan of Bourbonnais; his children, Robin Stein (Dale) of Oregon, Ryan Zwahlen (Nathaniel West) of Oregon, Scott Zwahlen of Florida and Christine Gittings (Jon) of Washington; his brother Michael Zwahlen (Vicki Hanson) of Bourbonnais; and his grandchildren, Aedan Stein (Chelsea) of Oregon, Caelan Stein of Oregon, Kyle Lindsley (Cindy) of Oregon, Jamie Phares of Illinois and Aaron Gittings of Washington.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maternity B. V. M. Catholic Church (308 E Marsile St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or for Masses.
