He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jacobson of Bourbonnais; his children, Rebecca Munsinger of Bourbonnais, Eric Jacobson (Kim) of Chicago and Jennifer Maltby (Howie) of Murrieta, CA; his brother Richard Jacobson (Diane) of Blue Island; his grandchildren, Gwen Munsinger, Jacob Maltby and Aiden Jacobson; and his stepmother Betty Jacobson (Carlson).
