He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Yung and Vernetta Yung (Menzel); his wife Barbara Yung; his grandson Shaun Courville; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Rainey.

He is survived by: his son Lyndall Yung of St. Petersburg, FL; his stepchildren, Robert "Bob" Rainey of Summerfield, FL and Linda Courville of Essex; and his grandchildren, Amy Yung, Brian Rainey, Beth Chinski and Lisa Siler.
