We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2025, at the age of 86, Theresa A. O'Connor of Bourbonnais, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Quigley and Rita Schultz Quigley; her husband Donald J. O'Connor; her daughter Michelle Cole; and her great grandchild Bennett Sopko.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Tina O'Connor) and Debbie Ponton of Chebanse; her siblings, JoAnn (Robert Mulligan), Rose Mary Scroggins of Kankakee and Michael (Judy Quigley); her grandchildren, Dawn Sopko (Brian), Jeff Janssen (Misty), Megan O'Connor, Mallory O'Connor, Michael O'Connor and Chris Cole; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Janssen, Mady Janssen and Brandon Sopko.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bishop McNamara Catholic Schools, Uplifted Care, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
