He was predeceased by: his parents, Clerance Cermak and Martha Helen Cermak (Lucas); his wife Patricia Cermak; his grandson Joey; and his sister Sue Anderson.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Michael (Michele Cermak) and Tracy Cermak of St. Charles; his sister Linda Tighe of Olney, IL; his grandchildren, Noel, Jackie, Brittany, Dylan and Bradley; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Charlotte, Lucca, Mateo, Isabella, Jason and Daniel.
The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Wounded Warriors Project.
