He is survived by: his wife Patricia K. Simmons of Bourbonnais; his daughter Chris Simmons (Brian Simmons) of Joliet; his sister Linda Davis (Sam); his in-laws, Ralph and Ila Galloway; his brother-in-law Jeff Galloway; and his nephew Corey Marcotte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
