She is survived by: her son Jesse Smith of Quincy, IL; her grandson Nicholas Smith of Quincy, IL; and her brothers, Kelly Nichols (Kim) of Gurnee, IL, Kyle Nichols of Lookout Mountain, GA and Mike Nichols (Pam) of Bowen, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
